In the year 1998, Lord He Who Must Not Be Named was defeated by Harry Potter in the Great Hall of Hogwarts. It has been many years since that glorious day...
Now, a new generation has come to Hogwarts. Professor McGonagall has long since retired and Penelope Marevas, renowned Healer and former Herbology professor, took her place. With her leadership, new professors and subjects have blossomed out of the ashes, such as Mythology, Astrology, Alchemy, Elemental and Wandless Magic. The houses have become more united than ever; even the Slytherins get along with the rest of the school...for the most part.
The world outside of Hogwarts is also evolving. Upon the former Head Auror's retirement from the Ministry, the young and eager Casper Napier has been elected to fill his position, and with him brings promise of a fresh and new era to the Ministry. He has already met with both the Minister of Magic and the English Prime Minister to discuss plans on bringing the Muggle and Wizarding worlds closer together.
Students, born long after the three years of terror the Wizarding World endured before the Battle of Hogwarts are now learning through their history books, not being able to concoct the reality through their imaginations. All seems peaceful and tranquil at Hogwarts, until the day of Ravenclaw student Aurora Montclair's prophecy...
Two wars fought, two wars won,
This time of peace is second to none.
But are the threats really all gone?
Or does darkness find another pawn?
Out of the ashes will arise,
A terror masked in great disguise.
A Dark One everyone will fear,
Who it is not quite as clear.
She walks among us, clear as day,
Her powers have yet to come and stay.
Who will silence the new Lord’s Roar,
Before there is another war?
Four will go to fight this power,
The final stand atop a tower.
Be warned, one person given this task,
Is really darkness under a mask.
The fate of our world is in their hands,
Or fall under the Dark Lords commands.
So go, four heroes and conquer the night,
For it is the only way to keep in the light.
Not long after this prophecy, Headmistress Marevas died under swift and mysterious circumstances. At her funeral, a woman and her two teenage children appear and she is immediately appointed Headmistress after meeting with the Minister for a mere ten minutes. While her outward facade seems kind and compassionate, is there something she is hiding? What did she say to convince the Minister to give her the Headmistress position so quickly? And who is her son and why wasn't he at Hogwarts when he turned eleven?
Only time will tell the answers; the adventure begins now.
