The Good:
Old School: He believes in following a strong moral compass, and will not lower his beliefs or standards to appease others. He desires to protect and enforce the laws of magic, and despises those who disregard them.
Peaceful: He treats everyone with respect, and is genuine in his delivery of compassion and kindness. He does not hurt or harm others, and seeks security in his environment.
Dependable: Always follows through with promises and goals, and if it is necessary, stands at the sides of those he trusts and cares for most when they need or request it.
The Bad:
Inflexible: Due to sticking to his guns, while he may accepts others for who they are, he often will not compromise. This may be in the form of who he surrounds himself with, very few, to being unwilling to accept he sometimes might be wrong in his views.
Placid: While also a good, for he rarely shows a temper and isn’t troubled by extreme emotions, it makes him often unable to relate to others varying ways. He understands these are natural, but they make him uncomfortable and he may often even hold emotional people in a lower light.
Craven: Tim does not like arguments or debates, nor aggressive or commanding people. He will shrink away and disengage from these situations, tending not to stick up for himself if it appears the trouble is not worth it.
The Ugly: Struggling to not put success above all else, and remember there are other things in life that must balance out a good career and stable living.
Likes:
Quiet: While easily able to avoid and cancel out distractions, pure silence and stillness is a time to rejoice.
Learning: Tim chose a town full of history, basking in all there is to discover. Furthermore, he is constantly reading, as well as frequents museums, parks, and the like, magical or Muggle, on at least a monthly basis.
Sunday Afternoons: A day marked by the small things, such as a day trip, a game of Quidditch or Gobstones, or a delicious brunch at a cafe. All have in common the gathering of a small group of friends, amongst whom he can relax and have a laugh.
Dislikes: Typical 'bad' things, fire, and insanity
Fears:
Family: From the nightmare of his childhood, to it affecting his present, and the inevitable future of having to learn how to establish one. It is a dread.
Demotion: In his career and in the eyes of others.

Brief History:
At four Tim’s only signs of magical talent was attracting scores of butterflies in public and interfering with the radio reception when he was done with the noise. His parents strict, they deemed it unacceptable progress as a young wizard prodigy. Then, one day, a mixed blood family was accepted into the otherwise, until that time, strictly pure blooded neighborhood. With them was a bike, and when Tim was found mixing with Muggles and their contraptions, joyfully grinning upon it, they showed a nasty side that he had only seen in milder occasions. Muggles were muddy blood, and was lectured hard on why they must be avoided. This piqued his interest forever after to learn more about them, and prompted his parents to have another child, for this one may not be suitable to carry their name.
At six Tim becomes and older brother, but has been taught little about caring for others or understanding their needs. He finds himself bothered by even littler attention and the continuous crying. Later, he finds Shane to be intrusive and cruel.
In the same week at age ten, Tim visits St. Mungos twice, and never forgives them for their lack of attention. On Tuesday, Shane purposefully levitates a nasty, magical bug from the family greenhouse and sets it upon his older brother. It bites him several times, and only after much argument from him to his parents of ill body and a slap in the face from his mother in annoyance, when he finally passes out is he rushed off. An antidote, and he is forced home the next day.
On Saturday, still dozy from the previous event, is forced out of bed early for a day of chores. Despite his protests, he is rushed around the house and queasy with the smell of cleaning chemicals. He asks for a rest, infuriating his impatient parents, and during argument brings up a Muggle friend who has no chores. Inciting his parents, they perform a classic routine full of improper, old Pure Blood spells of punishment, yet too far this time. Once more he is in need of medical help. Tim vows to escape.
His best friend dies in his fourth year. His cousin was the one there for him growing up, and leaves him with nothing but an awful twin.
Tim achieves his dream job at the Ministry nearly straight out of school and immediately allowed to move to lovely small Muggle neighborhood far away from his family, cutting off ties forever.
Future Plans:
Further himself at his job, continue studying Muggle histories, and continue being there for his cousin.
